Hello everyone, sorry that it has been so long since I have updated my site, but I have been having a lot of things happen in my life. From now on, instead of having a guestbook, I will now simply ask you to e-mail me, any concerns, praises, questions, kudos, etc. that you may have at all, and would like to thank each and every one of you who did sign the guestbook, though it will no longer be available for all to see. I apologize again for this inconvenience, but we have to show the filth mongers that they can't spread their crap here. I plan on submitting it some time in the next couple of months. I have begun work on my fourth book, but so far have no title for it, but it is about a hit man, but don't worry, it has some horror elements, as well as religious elements to it. I will continue to keep you posted on both of these works as I know more about what is going on with them. If I seem to be in a solemn mood, then it is because a lot has happened in the past couple of weeks to make me understand more and more why I wrote PROOF, and why I believe what I believe, and stand by my beliefs no matter what others may say, because in this life, as short as it may be for some of us, only the strong survive, and even when they die, they live on forever, peacefully, as it should be, and those who consider the strong weak, and do not realize just how strong the weak really are, are the ones who should be questioning whether or not they will indeed survive when the end comes. My wife and I celebrated our 1 year anniversary yesterday, and for this I am thankful, and pray that God will grant us many more happy years in the future. Before this, my wife's cousin, was killed in a car accident in New York, he was 22, and though it is very sad that he was taken so young, we know that he is with God, and that he no longer has to worry about what is going to happen to him, it was this that made me realize just how short life is, and can be, and how we can not and should not take it for granted. I have brushed with death, and know for certain that I am very lucky to be here, and I thank God all the time for allowing me to live, and for the many talents that He has bestowed upon me. I only pray that when it is my time to go, people will know that I did my best, and I hope that I leave a lasting good impression on all those around me, and that they will know that I had the best intentions when I did all that I have done in this life, whether it can be understood or not, it is what it is, and I am who I am, I change for no one. I hope that you are all doing well, and that life is treating you good. Please, continue to keep in touch, and keep my wife and her side of the family in your thoughts and prayers, and thank you all for all that you have done and continue to do. This web site is now officially a year old! Hello everyone, it looks as if the wait is finally over, and PROOF is finally here at last. I apologize that it has been a little over a month since I last updated this site. I have been working hard on updating it, but until today, I was having problems with it. I apologize again, but ask you to please hang in there with me as I make the site a lot better. The Store section will be under construction for the next few months, but I assure you that it is coming by the end of the year, if all goes accordingly. I have been having problems with my health (Crohn's Disease), and I am still working on figuring out just what is going on, so please stand by and be patient as I get the bugs worked out in my life, as well as my site, and enjoy reading your copy of my second novel, PROOF. You may now purchase it either online, or at most of your favorite book stores. I promise you that you will enjoy this novel, and that it will be worth your while, and that it will live up to all that I have said about it for the past year. I am very happy with this novel and how it turned out, and I hope that you will enjoy reading it as much as I enjoyed writing it and reading it. This book is a revelation and testimony for what I am going through in my life right now, so I can tell you that if you ever question why bad things happen to good people, and whether or not God loves you, then this is a book for you, because I feel that I hit every possible angle I could to ask and answer this question in a fictional, yet truthful way. It is helping me through my health struggles, and draws me closer to God each day, though I am not sure what is going on in my own life as far as my health is concerned, I know that like the characters in my book, myself and others around me have specific roles in this life, and God has a plan for us all. We touch the lives of other people every day whether we are awair of it or not, and that is what this book is about, it can not be described in words, it just has to be read, and then you will understand, because each person will take from it a different meaning, but every person that reads it should like it, and hopefully love it, and say that it helped them in some positive way. I am also continuing to work on my third novel, which is a collection of short stories that I have written over the past thirteen years, since the beginning of my writing career. Sorry it has been a couple of months since you last heard from me, but I have been having some trouble with my Crohn's disease, but now due to a new medication, I am getting back to normal, and life is good once again. I have great news for those of you who have been eagerly awaiting the release of PROOF all we are waiting on now is the cover art, and it should only be a short while until I receive it in my e-mail, and review it and okay it, and then another short period of time until I receive my personal copies of the book, and give them one final review and then it will be ready to buy. I estimate some time in the next couple of months, but I am not 100% sure when it will be, but I will continue to keep you updated through the website, as well as monthly news leters, which I have not failed to send out each month around the 5th of the month, so for the latest news, please sign up for it by writing to me at wescaldwell2003@yahoo.com Also, one last note, please check out the DVD collections of Ghost Hunters Seasons 1 & 2, I assure you that you will not regret it, this is one of my favorite shows, and it is very good, and the guys on there are very nice and trust-worthy, so for those of you who seek the truth, check them out.

DECEMBER 23, 2006/NOVEMBER 21, 2006 :

I have received the latest news on the editing of my second book, PROOF and so far everything is going well, the book is ready to move on to the final process which is the cover design, and then it will be available for print. I estimate, and it is only an estimate that it will be available for purchase some time in early 2007, and hopefully no later than Valentine's Day. I will continue to keep you updated as I know more. I want to wish you all a safe and very Merry Christmas, and I hope that you all get everything that you want this year, and that Santa is good to you. I would also like to thank Mike and the Book Rack of Rock Hill, S.C. for allowing me to attend my second book signing in their store on November 25. I had a great time, and look forward to the next signing. Thank you once again for all of your help and support. Keep up the great work, and keep in touch. I hope to hear from you all soon. Once again, my second book, PROOF is nearing it's final phase, and should be ready to buy some time in the year 2007. I am very proud of this book, and hope that you will all give it a chance and enjoy reading it as much as I have enjoyed writing it. I am currently working on my third and fourth books, and will have at least the third one finished and submitted for publication by the time PROOF is out for you to buy. I am still working out some of the issues with the Store section, so please, hang in there, and we will have it up and running as soon as possible, if at all possible, though it may take a few months, your patience is appreciated. I hope that you all had a safe and happy Halloween, and that you didn't see too many spooky ghosts while out trick or treating. So far there is no news on the store, but I am working on it, so keep checking back. I hope you all have a safe and happy Thanksgiving as well. Hello everyone, I have decided to open a store section on my website. The store will include items such as; t-shirts (black or gray) with the cover of my book on the front of them, and on the back have my website address, Publish America's website address, and my name on them, as well as posters of the cover of my book with the website address at the bottom (signed by me of course), bumper stickers for my website and bookmarks. I am not sure about how much to charge, but as soon as I find out more, I will let you know. Right now it is merely an idea, so please, write to me at  wescaldwell2003@yahoo.com  and let me know if you think this is a good idea and how many of each you would like to have.
