BIOGRAPHY: ALL ABOUT WES CALDWELL |

My name is Wes Caldwell. I am 32 years old. I was born and raised in Gaffney, South Carolina. I attended Montreat College and graduated in 1998 with a degree in English/Literature, with an emphasis in writing fiction. I now live in Rock Hill, South Carolina, with my wife, Vania, and five cats, Felix, Meesha, Victor, Abbigail, and Sasha. I do believe in the existence of ghosts, and that things happen that can't be explained. I also believe that everything that happens to us in this life happens for a reason, and when it is time, we will know what that reason is. |

On December 10, 2005 I signed a contract with Publish America, to have my first novel, THE PROCESS OF DAMNATION published. The novel is now available for purchase at www.publishamerica.com www.barnesandnoble.com www.borders.com www.waldenbooks.com and www.amazon.com
On April 25, 2006 I signed a contract with Publish America to have my second novel, PROOF published. The novel will be available around May or June of 2007.
On June 10, 2006 I got married to Vania Craven, now Vania Caldwell, the love of my life. We went to Charleston, S.C. on our honeymoon, and enjoyed many ghost tours, which were very fun and interesting, as well as entertaining, which will help me to write some more short horror stories for a collection that I am working on for my third installment to my writing career.
On July 8, 2006 I had my first official booksigning at The Book Rack in Rock Hill, S.C. The time was from 1 p.m. - 3 p.m. I had a great time, and would like to thank The Book Rack staff, as well as all those who came out to show their support. I can't wait for the next book signing.
On November 25, 2006 from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m. (though I may stay longer, if there is a big enough crowd) I will be doing my second book signing at The Book Rack in Rock Hill, S.C. This event will include myself as well as many other authors from the Rock Hill, S.C. area, so please come out and support your local authors, and have a great time meeting and talking with us all. You never know, you might be able to find the perfect Christmas present for that special someone. I can't wait for this event, it will be so exciting. Hope to see you all there. This event went well, though we didn't have many sales, due to the biggest shopping weekend of the year, I got to meet a lot of other authors, and had a great time. I am now looking forward to doing my third book signing, though I am not sure when or where it will be, but I will be sure to keep you posted.
On April 25, 2007, my second book, Proof was made available world wide, so head on out and pick up a copy for yourself or a friend today. This book is an incredible journey through the lives of many characters and their beliefs or disbeliefs in the existence of God. I put a lot into writing this one, and I am sure that you will enjoy it if you give it a chance.
On November 24th, 2007, I will be having a book signing for my second book, Proof. This book signing will be from 5 p.m.-7 p.m. at The Book Rack in Rock Hill, S.C. Just like last year, there will be many other authors at this event, so be sure to come out and get your copy and get a copy for your friends for Christmas presents. Hope to see you there.
On June 10th, 2008, my third book, Tales To Chill Your Blood will be released and should become available for purchase world wide. Keep checking at www.lulu.com or your favorite place online to purchase books, or request it at your local book suppliers. This is a perfect compilation of short and scary stories to keep you up at night, or to tell at Halloween parties, so go on out and get your copy now.
