Born in 1972, Tausha Gittemeier grew up in St. Louis, MO. She got a great start by having amazing parents who encouraged her to be creative in everything she did. In 1992, she married her high school sweetheart. At the time, her husband was a marine and lived in various parts of the country. She and her husband lived in Hawaii, Virginia, and Georgia where she worked in various childcare/education centers. Tausha’s background includes working with children of all ages. Tausha attended college and majored in Business Administration and Early Childhood Development. Tausha and her husband, Scott, currently reside in the Midwest in Wentzville, MO with their two children, ages 7 and 4. She is excited to incorporate her experiences into children’s books.
