 Background Information

 

I was born on 17 April, 1946 in a small Pennsylvania town. I volunteered for the draft in 1965 and was inducted into the US Army on 25 October 1965, serving in Viet Nam from October 1966 until April 1968. Following that duty I served in Okinawa and Hawaii, retiring with over 20 years service on 2 July 1986.

Following my retirement I earned a BA in Sociology, worked as a pizza delivery driver and taxi cab driver.

 

 

 Accomplishments

 

 

Retired as an E-7 from the US Army with 20 years, 8 months and 6 days of active service.

Survived about 30 years riding a motorcycle, over 20 years on a Harley Davidson – rode coast to coast once in 1982 and again in 1984.

Earned a BA in Sociology, with a minor in Psychology and heavy concentrations in Theology and Police Science.

Married the greatest woman in the world on 29th of January 1988. Experienced the pain of her death on the 4th of March, 2001.

Became a published author.
