Twinkle, twinkle like a star
That's all the fairies do,
Since the evil witch came,
And cast a spell or two!

Wanting wings of gossamer,
Like the fairies had to fly,
She cast a spell took
the fairies wings,
Leaving her broomstick to die!

But a kindly
little bluebird,
Seeing what she did do,
Went to save the broomstick,
Then saved the fairies too!

But not before they'd lived the life,
As little creatures in a dell,
Where they had many adventures,
And lucky escapes as well!

From predators and spiders,
Out to catch them if they could,
But then like all good fairy stories,
It all ends up with them being good!

Even the wicked Witch,
Who no longer filled with hate,
Becomes a nice old lady,
Welcoming all inside her gate!

Oh! Yes this is truly a story,
Like good fairy stories of old,
That all folk will love to read,
And kids will love to hear told!

And a little boy
he soon did see,
Pushing his new
red wagon,

as could be!
Inside the wagon
was Jesus,
The Church's
figurine,
So the Priest walked
up to the little boy,
Said "Hello!
where have you been!

Tell me boy
where did you get,
Your passenger
for a ride?"
"I went into the
church, sir
And I got him
from inside!"
"Well why did
you take him,
The Priest asked
him in shock"
"I took him so I
Could give him,
A ride around
the block!

Because a week
before Christmas,
I went and prayed
to Jesus in there,
Saying if I get a
wagon this year,
I'll give you a ride
to show I care!"
