Sports: Car racing of any kind, but I love NASCAR.  My favorite NASCAR driver is Tony Stewart.  Baseball - my favorite team is the California Angels (I don't care what the owner changes their name too!)

Food: Hawaiian Pizza, my husband's spaghetti and fried chicken, Mom's shrimp scampi

Music: A little bit of everything, but mainly country.  I love Rascal Flatts, Trisha Yearwood, George Strait, Keith Urban, and Toby Keith.  I just recently put Daughtry's CD in my collection and can't stop listening to it.  It's great!!

Books: The Testament by John Grisham, Gone with the Wind by Margaret Mitchell, Pride & Prejudice and Emma both by Jane Austin, The DaVinci Code by Dan Brown, all of the books in the Harry Potter series by J.K. Rowling.

Television shows: "American Idol", "CSI", "Dog the Bounty Hunter", and I'm totally hooked on Showtime's series "The Tudors."  I mean the kids get kicked out of the room and everything!  That's how hooked I am.

Movies: Star Wars Saga, Harry Potter series, Pretty Woman, Pride & Prejudice, The American President, Beaches.

L.L. Zampelli is the youngest of 3 children born to Johnny and Lynda Corbin.  She was born in Anaheim, Californa and resided in Santa Ana, California until age 13.  At 13, she moved with her parents and sister to Orland, a small town in Northern California, but remained there for less than a year.  They left Orland for Chico, which was a bigger town 20 miles east of Orland.  In Chico, L. L. Zampelli graduated from Pleasant Valley High School in 1994.  She was married to Casey Zampelli on June 28, 1996.  Their first child, Tyler, was born in July, 1997.  In June, 2000, the Zampelli Family moved to Redmond, Oregon, where they currently reside.  Their second child, Lillian, was born in August, 2003.

L. L. Zampelli continues at her day job as a surgical coordinator for an orthopedic group in Bend, Oregon.  She is actively involved in her church and with Redmond Little League.  When she's not writing, she enjoys reading, watching movies, watching NASCAR, singing, and hanging out with her family.
