From back cover:

Katrina was born into traveling since her dad was in the Air Force.  Her family lived in several states including her favorite location in the Philippines.  She was born in Alexandria, Louisiana, and currently resides in Texas, near her immediate family.  This book was written as a love story when Katrina was about nineteen years old.  When she came across it again recently six years after writing the book, she decided to turn the story around.  She has strengthened her walk with the Lord since starting to write this book. After reading over the text there were a lot of things in the story that had to change.  This book is directed to the young women of God to encourage and bless.  That's why the book was kept at her nineteen year old mind frame so the young can relate.

Katrina did not consider herself an author but noticed she had a writing bug in school. She was very interested in reading and writing, which were her strong areas in school. Singing in the choir at church, and during her growth in the Lord, Katrina realized how writing can be a form of ministry, as well as singing. This is Katrina’s first book and she hopes it blesses and encourages all who read.
