Jeffrey Thomas Whitman was born in Conneaut Ohio in 1954 and in 1962 his family moved to California.Completing his military obligation in 1976 he attended junior college.In 1982 he became a programmer, graduated from the University of Redlands, and is currently an Information Technology Consultant at CSUSB.
