I was born in Indiana in October of 1961. Besides my parents Sarah & Dale, I have 2 sisters, Robin & Maria, and 4 brothers, Robert, Timothy, Jon & Dale, Jr. I graduated high school in 1979. I then entered the United States Army. Upon completion, I moved to Virginia, married and started my career as a Food Service Specialist. After a few years as a chef, I decided to train for another career. I then became a Floral Designer. As a Floral Designer, I created for some of the more prestige hotel chains in the Washington D.C. area. When my marriage broke up in 1997, I moved to Georgia where I continued to design and began teaching classes.

I met and married my current husband Guillermo in 2000. We currently live in Southern Florida with our cat Indio and 6 birds; Pepper, William, Kelli Savannah, Tobi, Punkie and Paco!

I never dreamed that I would become a published author! I have been told for many years that I have a creative mind! When I kept thinking about the same phrase over and over, I decided to get it off of my mind, I would write it down. Then maybe it would go away. This one phrase became a book!
