"Dancing With The Devil" by Jacqueline Silvestri
Review by Linda Oness...Author of "The Tinkerers, Journey of an Alchemist"
A well-written and thought provoking story, "Dancing With The Devil" by Jacqueline Silvestri is an exciting thriller guaranteed to have you digging your nails in the edge of your seat. Her incredible writing style weaves an intriguing plot of fear, sadness, and love. The story is about a woman named Amanda Douglas who is purposely murdered by her husband, John Douglas.
Remaining in limbo on the earthly plane due to the unfinished buisiness of raising her son Josh, she seeks vengence on her husband and those around him whom she felt did her wrong inlife. As a confused and wandering spirit, she must seek out and investigate not only what really happened to her, but she must also come to terms in dealing with her own untimely death.
The ending of the story left me cheering on the characters. Revenge is sweet when what goes around comes around. It was a spellbinging finish where justice was served. A marvellously crafted book and a Must Read !!! "Dancing With The Devil" is a classic and strongly recommended.
Review by Cindy Bell, author of "Flutter By"
Amanda is brutally murdered by her heartless husband, John, but that doesn't mean that she is gone. She cannot pass over until she makes certain that her son is taken care of. This story is most certainly written by a woman who is a mother. You will feel the heartbreak of knowing that Amanda must one day move on and leave her son. You will cheer as the murderer is haunted, and you will wonder about the mysterious things you yourself have witnessed. As I read this story I cried, thinking there was no good way for it to end...but Ms Silvestri pulls a punch which is quite unexpected. I was smiling when the story ended. I look forward to reading more from this talented author. Thumbs up for "Dancing With The Devil." by Jacqueline Silvestri

Imagine marrying and thinking you'll be living the good life, only to find out it is all a lie. What you thought was paradise where you are the center of your spouse's world, is in reality, hell...and you are invisible. Invisible like a ghost. Explore this delightful concept in Jacqueline Silvestri's "Dancing With the Devil", and discover a wonderful reading experience with lots to ponder after you're done. This novelist has crafted a clever tale that leaves the reader tingling with the possibility that we truely are accountable in the afterlife for our actions while on earth. Excellent !! |
