Howard V. Blair was President for 25 years of Jr. Food Mart, Inc. and CEO of several affiliates. It became the 10th largest chain of convenience stores in the USA. He earned his degree in Journalism at the University of Oklahoma working as a policeman and initially pursued his business career as Real Estate Manager of Kerr-McGee Oil Company, and later as Director of Real Estate for a large affiliate of the Kroger Company.   He now practices the new life of an author. In anecdotal detail and self-effacing humor he wrote, "Class: Thoughts of an Ordinary Man". He has just completed his second venture, "Unwritten Law", a consequence of his former years as a policeman. A third is in the making It's title is "The Next President". His books come alive from past experiences.
