THE DEN OF INIQUITY

| WELCOME TO THE DEN. You will not find any bells or whistles here but rather a very intriguing and ironic tale. SYNOPSIS: Can you imagine how some secret legal maneuvers have a way of being exposed? Conversely, can you imagine how forgiveness is possible in a nonforgiving populace? As you turn the pages of "The Den of Iniquity" you will meet Arbitrator Clint Morris, Dana Zines, Sidney MacKenzie, Wayne Gregory and Clyde Maxwell amongst others. There will be some monkey business along the way and an exceptional book report to digest. From 1988 through 2005, a simple and devout man is up against a modern day Goliath with only his slingshot for a weapon. Eventually, freedom from delusion leads to a real life with meaning. How many times must one go to court for the same alleged infraction? How many letters need to be written? Without unlimited tax dollars, the battle could last indefinitely. But can John Haskin outwit his adversary without money? From a happy marriage to one that goes amiss, John Haskin experiences the unknown, the killer night shift and a judicial system that only runs on big dollars. Haskin is employed by the Clarion Water Company. His tribulations begin with an automobile accident and the decision to join Local 555. After a two week relapse, Haskin returns to work and is informed that he is demoted and will be assigned to health- risky shift work instead of a day time Lab Technician. Could it be a marital intrusion that causes a breakup or is it his job? John Haskin deals with a fetish that clings so closely, a smoking habit that just never quits and a drug called Remeron, which is prescribed by a Psychiatrist. John thinks about past generations nearly forgotten and looks for that protective space. He needs to remember this one thing if anything at all: "Hate no man. Love all men. Fret not, it only tends to evil." LEGAL FICTION |
