Because George's home state of Rhode Island is small and has few book store, he had to supplement his book signings with personal appearances at book clubs, writers'onferences, super markets, cinemas, libraries, retail department stores---anywhere, people congregated. Still to come, are appearances at "coming events" such as book signings at college fraternity and sorrity houses and, yes, even gambling casinos.
