Cincinnati Enquirer Press Release:
PublishAmerica Presents Crossing Jordan by Gayle Keeney-Canfield
Frederick, MD June 12, 2006 -- PublishAmerica is proud to present Crossing Jordan: Book One of the Keeney Chronicles by Cincinnati, Ohio author Gayle Kenney-Canfield.
Crossing Jordan is the story of one woman’s unsuccessful search for information on the matriarch of her family for a series of novels. After finally giving up, Gayle travels to New York in search of a publisher. Providence, however, intervenes in the person of the grandson of the famous physicist, Albert Einstein, who, having perfected his grandfather’s theory of time travel, offers to send Gayle back in time in search of the necessary information to complete her book. Intending to stay only a short time, Gayle agrees to endure the trauma and uncertainty of time travel. But again, Providence has other plans in store: becoming her own ancestor. Come along with the author as she begins her exciting journey back in time, reliving the trials and tribulations of Puritan life and the journey to a new land, telling this extraordinary story of one of America’s founding families.
Gayle Keeney-Canfield was born in Charleston, West Virginia, and raised near Cincinnati, Ohio. Gayle is married to Kevin, and they have one son, two daughters, and four feisty grandchildren. They currently reside in Butler County, Ohio. When she’s not writing, Gayle enjoys reading, cross-stitching and the outdoors.
PublishAmerica is the home of 20,000 talented authors.
