Biography

Background Information

Ellen M. DuBois is from New England and began her writing career in high school, freelancing for a small town paper. She continued her passion for poetry, and wrote theatre reviews while attending college. Ms. DuBois is also a singer/songwriter and was the emcee/female lead singer in a wedding band for three years. Although a prolific writer, she became even more so after leaving the band. Her creative energies were turned towards writing full time.

Ellen is engaged, has a little 'hot dog' named Baron, continues to write her poetry, and is working on her next book.
