Keep On Keepin' On is the story of three beautiful black woman surviving in a world that is not always kind. There is Pam whose main goal in life is getting a college education, Charmaine who wants to marry a handsome successful man that will take care of her, and Tracy who just wanders aimlessly taking whatever life gives her. Each of them start their adult lives on different paths. They become distanced from each other. They go through traumatic life experiences that throw them back to where they started. During that time the three of them realize that they need each other. Drug addiction, suicide, and male rejection are some of the obstacles these women overcome. Through it all they persevere. Their experiences make them stronger, wiser, and better equipped to survive life's hardships. |
