Illuminated rain fell from lavender clouds onto a magenta ground electrified with blue and peacock hues. Slowly an enfolded, glowing form began to emerge from the earth. It became more solid and its back began to rise and fall with breath. Ethereal rain glistened on the female beings iridescent, rainbow colored skin. Larina sat up and opened shockingly beautiful, metallic colored eyes. Images flooded her mind of where she was to go. She knew it was a place very far away from her world that had evolved beyond limited consciousness and a tumultuous history.
Larina arose, tall and resplendent in dazzling color and extended her arm, pointing her aquamarine finger. Instantly a pool of brilliant plasma appeared in the air. As she focused her mind the mirage like portal continued to form, radiating from a complex geometric grid pattern. With lightning speed a set of coordinates flashed across the grid and she stepped through the portal which instantly closed and disappeared in a final flare of light.
Dawn in this place pierced the vibrant, swirling gaseous atmosphere with a violet sun. As it rose it washed over tepid pools of waters with a diamond reflection of spectral hues. A gnarled tree covered in snake smooth bark of turquoise and intermittent yellows reached up to the moving heavens. Another small tree next to it began to move and morphed into a male being. His copper eyes looked off in the direction where Larina had disappeared. He closed his eyes and followed her presence with his mind, his silvery blue lips curving in a smile.
A red curl lay across a sleeping child’s pale, freckled cheek gently moving with her rhythmic breath. She dreamed of orange skies on her home planet and lightning quick, sleek anatoas, a native creature, darting and morphing through treetops. Glistening waters carried her and her people deep through the underwater portals to indescribable worlds where they danced and changed shape in symphonic frequencies. Larina began to stir and slowly green eyes squinted at a sunlit window. For a moment she lay there snuggled in her covers and took in her surroundings on Earth. Her new body’s DNA continued to respond to the code activated by the earth’s electro magnetic field and adapted to the local environment. The year was now 2019 and her mind downloaded the remainder of the history and experiences of Earth from the grid. Thousands of places and life forms she had visited and become as an ancient being. Her race the Tribe of the Rainbow Light represented a genetic, living library of the multiverse. They could exist in any frequency an in any form down to the denser realities. Their DNA would respond to the vibrational signature of the location they arrived at and metamorphosis to genetically become the species of that particular world. In this seamless design they were virtually undetectable and indistinguishable form the local population they assisted.
Larina arose from her bed and went down the stairs to the little kitchen where John Willowby sat reading the paper and drinking his coffee. This ordinary looking man with perpetually disheveled hair was one of the most brilliant scientists on the planet. She noticed he looked rested. “Good morning John,” She said softly.
“Good morning Jena,” he replied with a warm smile referring to her earth name.
She had first appeared to John back in time in the nuclear winter of 2009 in Canada when the great cataclysms had begun. He had retreated to his log cabin in the woods and sustained himself there to the best of his ability but his food stores had run out and now he was living off whatever he could forage or kill. John was one of a handful of people who understood scalar electromagnetic weapons and their risks. He understood the technology, had anticipated its use and prepared.
When Jena appeared to him out of nowhere as a little girl of about ten years of age, wearing a hooded, silver parka, John had thought that he was hallucinating. She simply looked at him and said, “I lost my parents.” He immediately took her in, gave her what little food he had to spare and at day’s end he put her to bed in his little cabin on a simple cot. In the middle of the night he sat up and saw her looking at him. She approached, took his hand in hers and suddenly the walls of the cabin began to dissolve as an enormous surge of energy jolted through his brain and entire body. A rosy golden lit atmosphere began to absorb his reality and electrify his mind with a thousand fold sharpened awareness. Then he lost consciousness.
Aboard the great ship Lycos John’s body floated in an emanation of electric blue matrix lines of light. A tall, beautiful man with a white beard and an elongated skull stood by the grid structure with Larina. “He has lost much weight and is malnourished.” His words echoed inside her mind. Larina now wore her native form once more.
She looked at the being with her animated, metallic eyes and mentally replied, “we have some work to do here before we can send him forward.”
John accepted that he had taken Jena in after the death of her parents and she stayed with him over the two months since he experienced the time shift from 2009 to 2019. He continued to develop his work but now enjoyed the fruits of his mind as it would have evolved in linear time by experiencing the technological breakthroughs he created.
Jena put some bread into the patisserie rond and watched as it turned silently and perfectly browned her toast in seconds. She inserted an orange into the opening on the side of it and flipped up the little window on the bottom front panel to reveal a glass of freshly squeezed juice.
John was vitally important because he had become a viable link to advanced technologies that the previous governments had successfully kept from the general population. He had been through a lot of turmoil and oppression before the time of the great cataclysms when all and any breakthrough in energy technology of a substantial nature was militarized and classified. Even though he had worked for the government before retiring they still routinely hassled and monitored him. Private industry fueled his only hope for getting vital technologies out with independent funding but the general suppressive program of the government against the release of such innovations made it an uphill climb to educate the public at large about the possibilities. People in the times before the cataclysms were a less enlightened society; much needed interest becoming involved with the development of eco friendly technologies did not exist. Such endeavors of mind and spirit were simply not contemplated by the general population but embraced by small pockets of innovative thinkers.
John stood up from the table, ran a hand through his unruly hair and kissed Jena on the forehead. “Well I had better get myself over to my meeting, you enjoy your day off school and I’ll bring something special back for our supper,” John said as he put on his coat to leave.
He was on his way to meet with Illuminated Members (IM’s) from the Council of Illuminated Vision (CIV). He had been approached by the council to oversee sustainable technological development, application and policy in collaboration with other scientists. After suffering years of suppression in promoting his theories finally his contribution would be realized.
CIV Central officially functioned at the old Parliament building in Olympia, Washington. A devastating earthquake had badly damaged the White House and left the Pentagon in rubble. Other than some structural renovations and modifications the CIV Central building remained unchanged.
John drove his Avian 4X4 powered by hydrogen fuel cell technology. An light alloy made up the frame of the car reducing the load on the engine substantially. A moratorium on petrol products had been applied since part of the earth’s magnetic field de-stabilization had been caused by excessive oil drilling and extraction. Truly innovative technologies emerged in a veritable boom of research and development of alternative energy sources. John’s specialty, extracting energy from the vacuum, was what the CIV wanted to incorporate into new technologies for public use.
A soft hum issued from the Avian’s quiet engine as John drove down the I-5 and approached Olympia. He took the turn off and arrived at CIV Central, parking his car and entering the building. The headquarters still emanated a timeless elegance and grandeur of its design. John entered the great hall, his footsteps echoed off the smooth marble floor to the vastly vaulted, domed ceiling. He announced himself at the reception area and took a seat. James Edwards, IM of Energy approached John and greeted him, shaking his hand. John followed him up the grand staircase through a long corridor to the oval shaped meeting room.
Since its inception the CIV operated as a radically progressive agency compared to any previous world government. It did not rule so much as it guided humanity and its progress. All decisions were approved by the people and full disclosure was given to the public of all visionary projects as dictated by their Mind Development Ranking (MDR). This meant that an MDR of one to four reflected each person’s level of education, experience and contribution. The higher the personal ranking number the more access and input the citizen had in the CIV’s vision and policy approval. Rather than having dated government elections after a term of experimental policy that often left much to be desired in its actual outcome and public satisfaction, disclosure was given to people. They had approval through a process that organized specific groups of people categorized by MDR. Citizens of the highest ranking reviewed more intricate issues, but ultimately everyone had a say.
Canada, the United States and Mexico had amalgamated into one nation and some of the IM’s were former Canadians. North America became one of the new world sectors. Individual countries with borders were amalgamated into continental sectors. What had been the concept of the United Nations actually evolved into a unified world government, a grand Council of Illuminated Members that had branches extending across the different sectors but remained as a great unified tree of sovereign brotherhood. A golden plaque with an oak tree in the centre became the emblem of the World CIV. The words “A World United in Mind, Spirit and Vision” were embossed around the outside. The CIV had produced exact duplicates as gold coins that became collectable after gold ceased to be hoarded by the previous shadow organizations and governments.
Gold had always been plentiful on Earth and used extensively in the Egyptian culture for even for simple things like drinking cups. The illusion of its inflated value occurred with manipulation of this key resource. A super strong alloy had been blended to produce a newer, light weight version of coins in white, yellow and rose hues. In addition, everyone carried a round Sovereign Citizen Card (SCC card), valid in all world sectors, that had an embedded quantum chip. It combined personal identification with banking, shopping, vehicle licensing, MDR ranking, etc.
All branches of the World CIV met four times a year at the World CIV Centre in Vienna. This ensured the progress of all departments world wide and allowed for the integration of innovation from all sectors into the world policy platform. No borders existed that limited travel and trade between sectors. Goods and services now flowed freely and technology was globally released without restriction. Technologies that enhanced the development of mind, spirit and perfect ecological harmony boomed. Learning had drastically changed to support not only children but citizens of all ages. Through the innovation of a quantum brain chip which was injected into the base of the skull, knowledge could be downloaded into the mind and neurologically mapped. From basic skills like reading to understanding advanced physics or learning new languages, any information could be downloaded by the brain chips, sometimes through group electromagnetic programming, eliminating hours of traditional classroom learning. Children’s schooling evolved into the experiential, conscious application of knowledge that was downloaded into the brain. In re-designing education all hoped for the effective creation of an enlightened population who had contributions of an exquisitely crafted mind to make to the world upon their graduation.
For the general public, updating one’s knowledge and personal development garnered the reward of an elevation of MDR. The World CIV had made it a priority to make the brain chip technology and mind development accessible to all people. Effective elimination of poverty and drastic reduction of crime had resulted.
Two other IM’s Richard Lonesbay, IM of Eco Sustainability and Samantha Rogers, IM of Health stood up to greet John and introduced themselves. “Please, John have a seat. We’ve really been looking forward to meeting you,” Samantha said.
John took a seat at the round table. Samantha spoke, “we have a Scientific Advisory Group completed now and would like you to accept the head position. This is an unprecedented move to empower great minds that have brought us many gifts of scientific revelation and innovation to oversee and fine tune final vision and policy in the areas of eco sustainability, the application of energy, technological development, agriculture and health prior to releasing the packages to the public for vote.
Samantha handed John a hard copy of the Scientific Advisory Group project manual. “All the details of your proposed involvement and the function of the group are outlined in this document. If you can spare the time today, there is a quiet office at the end of the corridor where you can review this and then we can resume discussion.”
“I would like that,” said John.
Samantha rose and led John to the small office. “If you would like coffee or other refreshments just press three on the silver COM panel and someone will bring you a tray.”
“Thank you,” John replied and began going over the document.
