Dr. Doug Hanson, a Ph.D. Biochemist from Nashua, New Hampshire, has been involved in the toxicology and environmental testing, and in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries for many years. He has done work for the US Army under various programs. He is a freelance writer for several trade publications and has written technical manuals for a major computer company, pharmaceutical and Biotechnology companies. He writes on biological and chemical warfare agents, terrorism and forensic analysis methods, as well as many other areas of Science and Technology. In addition, he writes on early American History, the French and Indian War, the King Phillip War, and has written a series of short stories about "growing up" as a small boy in a small New England town. He has also written white papers for companies, advertising brochures and material, and material to be presented to Boards of Directors and Senior Management of Companies. He has written testimony documents to be presented before the U.S. Congress. Dr. Hanson was one of four experts who participated, by invitation, in the recent "Counterterrorism Roundtable" held by National Fire & Rescue magazine.
