In a place as pristine as the time it was formed of the elements of existence, people of varying types across the face of the Wyrld had led their lives in a peaceful state.  They used the gifts of Nature; shaping and fashioning their homes and means to survive with no more intent than to be comfortable and happy.

Unfortunately, the governing balance of forces of any place can be upset and the end results can only be disastrous.  Slowly, the peoples of the Wyrld realized something was happening to them.  Some closed their minds, others stood back in fear, and some of them decided to do something about it.

A Story of the Wyrld is a tale of a place where its inhabitants learn that the strong handclasp of friendship and the will to survive are potent weapons.
