An excerpt from the book...
The Lusitania dead are being trucked up to Cobh and the area is teaming with British soldiers. Rebel rifles are off loaded from a small steamer and put into extra coffins, thence put onto the lorries along with the dead. Rain stops, lorries with the dead and the rifles leave, guarded by the soldiers. It is now safe for the Nimble Motleys—with Sean's coffin—to move out.
