August 6, 2004, Forest City, NC: Author Claire Matthews (pen name of Farral Bradtke) held a book signing and sale at Autumn Care of Forest City upon invitation from the nursing home's administrator. From the Ashes of Love enjoyed a great success, and almost each individual who came to buy the book and get it signed by the author stayed to talk and ask questions. |

April 30, 2005: More news...Farral is continuing other efforts in the world of writing. She has reviewed a book of poems for published poet Laura Grover of Marquette, Michigan.
