Moonlight Dare, Secrets Inside Bington Manor, and In the Shadows of Bington Manor (geared for nine year-old children and up) are doing well in schools across Wisconsin and neighboring states. The overall “bully” theme in all three books has attracted teachers as well as students. The author’s presentations to elementary schools have spurred the high schools to have her address the bully problem with their students and offer advice on coping techniques.

Suddenly Alone: A Family Adventure

is a children’s fiction, adventure/mystery story (ages nine and up) set in Rocky Mountain National Park. The theme deals with the difficult teenage years, sibling rivalry, and family bonding.

January 16, scheduled to visit local school for an author presentation on the writing process.

A Long Journey Back synopsis:

A Long Journey Back is a poignant love story that deals with the emotional stress of keeping a marriage together when hopes and dreams are shattered and love’s endurance is stretched to the breaking point. Caleb and Lauren Morrison are desperately in love, have the perfect jobs, and are about to become parents, when they find themselves the victims of a jealous co-worker’s scheme to ruin Caleb financially and personally. In an instant, their lives begin a downward spiral that threatens to send their marriage on a crash course for failure. Caught between love and necessity, Caleb and Lauren choose a path that impacts the course of their lives. The once kind and loving husband changes into a monster wrapped in a cocoon of self-righteous pity, plots a web of deceit and sets into motion a series of events that affect the lives of those around him. Through their adversity, the couple discovers a powerful inner strength.
