Once inside the manor, the ghosts of Joseph and Clara Bington direct them to a hidden staircase that leads to a special room where they uncover a web of secrets and encounter more than their share of trouble, including a threatening stranger and an unfriendly ghostly presence. In the end, Jackie’s kindness and generosity save a life and help put to rest two tormented souls.
 
The third and final book in the Bington Manor Mystery Series entitled, "In the Shadows of Bington Manor," deals with decisions and their consequences.
