Brenda K. Lesinski was born in Devine, Texas. She grew up there and attended the University of Texas at San Antonio for two years. It was then that she met her husband Michael. They met through a serious of unusual events via the internet instant messaging program ICQ. She moved to St. Joseph, Missouri to live with her husband and his family. Shortly after this move, her mother passed away due to stomach cancer. Brenda and Michael were married in 2001. She attended Missouri Western State College until 2004 when she graduated with a B.S. in psychology. All along, however, writing was her true passion in things.
In 2005, her son Nathan was born. She decided to return to school for a degreen in English Education. She remained in the St. Joseph area until her mother in law passed away due to a massive heart attack. The family then moved to the St. Louis area, to St. Charles Missouri, where they now live. Brenda has been concentrating on her writing more since they have moved. |
