Dear Mr. Ayaba,

I wish to congratulate you for your publication. I have not read your book, I do not know the content yet but it is a great work done. Many African histories do perish because many of us fail to write. We always carry them as folk tales. At a certain level they are narrated differently. Congratulations once more and I will immediately order a copy. I will do my best to inform many others.

Best regards,

DEAR LUCAS,

BEFORE HAVING THE LUCK OF READING "NOT GUILTY" I WISH TO SINCERELY CONGRATULATE YOU FOR WRITING THIS BOOK. WE THE VICTIMS OF BRUTAL OCCUPATION MUST TELL OUR STORY, IF NOT NO ONE ELSE WILL TELL IT. AT BEST HE WILL MISREPRESENT AND DISTORT FOR HIS INTEREST. THE OCCUPIER HAS BEEN DOING JUST THAT.

IT HAS BEEN MY CRY THAT THE SOUTHERN CAMEROONIAN INTERLECTUALS ARE NOT HELPING THINGS OUT. IF THEY CANNOT EVEN JUST GO OUT ON THE STREETS, WHY CAN THEY NOT WRITE BOOKS AND ARTICLES AND HAVE THEM PUBLISHED IN JOURNALS? INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCES ARE ORGANISED IN THE FREE WORLD ON DIVERSE THEMES, WHERE ARE SOUTHERN CAMEROONIAN BRAINS? OR IS IT THAT WE DO NOT HAVE SOUTHERN CAMEROONIAN PATRIOTIC INTERLECTUALS?

CAN WE LEARN A LESSON FROM THE ERITREAN STRUGGLE AND HOW MUCH WAS WRITTEN BY THEIR MEN OF THE PEN? THE BEST WAY WITH LASTING IMPACT OF PENETRATING THE CONCRETE WALLS OF THE HALLS OF GLOBAL DECISION MAKERS IS THROUGH THE PEN. IS IT NOT SAID THE PEN IS MIGHTIER THAN THE SWORD? CONVINCE ONE INTELLECTUAL, YOU CONVERT SOME DECISION MAKER IN THE DEMOCRATIC WORLD, FOR THESE INTELLECTUALS SERVE AS CONSULTANTS, ADVISERS, BOARD MEMBERS AMONG OTHERS. THEY ARE NOT HATED AND WASTED AS IS THE CASE IN MAN'S CURSED CAMEROONS.

IN CASE SOUTHERN CAMEROONS HAS NO PATRIOTIC INTELLECTUALS, MAY GOD HELP GIVE US SOME MARTURE ONES NOW.

ONCE MORE CONGRATULATIONS.

MAY I ALSO CONGRATULATE YOU PEOPLE IN GERMANY FOR THE DEMONSTRATIONS ON OUR INDEPENDENCE DAY. DEMONSTRATIONS ARE POWERFUL POLITICAL TOOLS OF INFLUENCING INTERNATIONAL PUBLIC OPINION ON FUNDAMENTAL ISSUES OF OUR TYPE. KEEP ON.

IF YOU AGREE WITH ME I WILL LINK YOU WITH A FRIEND DOWN THERE IN GERMANY WHO WILL OBVIOUSLY LIKE TO TALK WITH YOU. YOU MAY GIVE ME A REPLY ON THIS.

REMAIN STRONG AND FAITHFUL, THE GOOD LORD WILL LEAD US THROUGH.

Hi Pa,

Congratulations for a marvellous work done. To write a book is not a day’s job. This takes me back to when I was a student in the Teacher’s college how I struggled to write my final year project (Thesis), I knew what it was to be consumed by a project, and a book would be something like that, it’s way worse. You wake up in the night thinking about it, you get up in the morning thinking about it, you go to sleep and you’re thinking about it. This goes on not even for weeks, not months but in case of ´NOT GUILTY three years or more I presume. Sometimes you lose your conversational abilities. I strongly support what one author Ned Sublette declares" It’s torture to write a book".

Hi bro,

I must testify that you have made us proud in the
struggle with the announcement of your book "Not

an irreplaceable asset in our struggle. At the level of
sacrifice, devotion, steadfastness and you name the
rest. Those who have no patience to listen to our cries
through other mediums can at least develop interest in
finding out what is behind "Not Guilty".

I am not a man of many words, especially when it comes
to mails but just wanted to let you know how trailed I
am ever since you told me about this book even before
its publication. I would also want to cease this
opportunity to request for a copy and to find out how
you intend to handle its distribution. Would you need
some assistance with this, I am ready to relent this as
far as I can reach.

Secy CHO LUCAS AYABA,

Having read about your publication, NOT GUILTY, i am delighted of the product, tailored to respond to a very topical issue.

It is not only for the Southern Cameroonian folks, but continental Africa that is terribly sick with man-butcher regimes backed by western powers.

With your Chemical back ground, I understand pretty well that, FREE RADICALS are the most reactive species, and since entropy entails kinetic stability,I can comfortably see that soonest, the world shall come to bear, that indeed, the UN made a serious error on the Southern Cameroons file, and trade at moment between the North and South MUST be negotiated as partners!

Increase your sleepless night, for you have not yet achieve 10% of what is expected of you as per your abilities that I know.

Congratulations,

Hello Martin,

I just went thro the review of Cho's book.

It's quite Critical of the of the European (esp. German's)’Ruler ship’. The authorities may find the work very unfriendly, especially given the fact that it is based on facts and actual experiences. I would like to have a copy. Is he still in Germany?

Hello Martin, the publication of this book
and its announcement is o.k. but given its very
sensitive nature of the subject matter that it entertains
the review should have been published with a lot
of caution and scrutiny on this forum.
Take note our man is directly hug-up in the forum
and all very sensitive stuff is handed to him personally.
If Mr Cho drilled us only on his incredible impressive
adventure without highlighting the premise of his fight
that would have seemed better to me.
Mind you we are non-partisan, apolitical and non-aligned
in this association and more especially on this forum.
In his review on the book he seems to be talking about
an entirely different Cameroon that I don't know.
In the present Cameroon nobody is hunted,
chased or jailed for his or her political opinion.
Challenge me. There are no political prisoners in Cameroon.
Even during the so-called 1st October
( the  independent day of Southern Cameroons) ,
you will agree with me that those who hoisted  foreign  flags
( considered high treason) in any country in the
world and treated accordingly, still  move around
freely in total liberty.
I humbly think that if there is a fight
or a genuine course to fight for, it should be fought here in Cameroon.
All mechanisms are available, protest, political movement,
memoranda, delegations, lobbying groups, intriguing songs,
newspaper _expression, open letters, name it.
Henceforth, nobody should have as pretext or a creative alibi to suffer,
risking one's life, migrating from freedom to bondage (a good debate)
with a psycho course to fight for. Refine the strategies redefine
the stakes and project in the future. The future is here and very bright.
This is my personal opinion. Thanks.

My own personal opinion (as someone in Europe !)
is that every person is entitled to express their
opinions and if they speak the truth…well,
that’s the important thing. If it’s done to foster
resentment…that will end badly anyway. No one is
forcing anyone to read or purchase the book and
personally I think it’s a great success
to get a book published and well done to him!
