Biography

 Background Information

I’ll try to give a little of my many life experiences, without being too garrulous in doing so. As my life has been everything but a dull routine type of life, as those who read this book will know. I have included a testimony dealing with some of my childhood life.

My father and his brother came here to America, with their father from Ireland. They’d left Ireland during the potato famine. It seemed they could no longer make a living…as potatoes had, before the famine, been their greatest producer. Thus, had been their main source of income.

When landing on America’s beautiful shores, seeing all of the beauty of this most promising land, and reading of its many opportunities, neither brother wanted to continue on with the farming type of lifestyle.

My dad and his brother had told their father goodbye and were off to find employment elsewhere. My dad’s brother went to the State of Indiana, and did quite well. My father ventured farther into the State of Kentucky. My father ended up working in the coalmines.

I give a quite lengthy childhood testimony in the very last part of the book, so won’t extend this out much further.

My mother was a very, very, devout Christian woman. She died when I was nine but left me with some outstanding memories.

Memories, that have gone on beyond her grave to do a very good job of keeping me in the faith; that along with her many prayers of faith for me.

My dad also died when I was thirteen. This was a most heartbreaking experience as I had a most wonderful father and mother.

 Accomplishments

Accomplishments…! How shall I begin with this? It’s rather a hard one, as I feel that life within itself is quite an accomplishment. Most especially to attain an old age status in this troubled world that we now live in. For it now seems quite an accomplishment for a baby to only make it out of its mother’s womb. Then, if they do make it that far, there seems to be such a lack of love nowadays, that some will still wind up in the garbage dumpster.

However, as all will know, that is not the majority by no means, so in the midst all of the evil displayed daily in our today’s world. There still remain lots and lots of love. That my friend is quite an accomplishment, taking into consideration, all of the negative bombardment of the mind, going on through out the entire world today.

 Additional Information

                                                                                     About the book

We have Tommie, who is a Bible historian, as the spiritual leader among five mediocre Christian’s who are also scientists.

Tommie has been chosen by the five to lend a hand, on the spiritual interpretation of things, as they make a trip back in time.

This trip planned by the five was to land them in the time, also, the area where the prophet Elijah may be found.

There was a blunder on the part of the insertion of the info, which landed them in the correct area…but lacking many years in time. As a direct result of this blunder they arrived in the Middle East a short time after Jesus’ crucifixion, but in time for the day of Pentecost.

All had quite a good time and received something, much more precious than gold. All returned as entirely different people, from those who had begun the trip.

Tommy found romance as well. As there were three males and two females. One of the females, like the three males, was married.

Patsy, became Tommy’s heartthrob, too, had enhanced this journey considerably for Tommy.

Of course, as this trip aboard a time, travel machine, turns out to only be a dream, one can imagine

the heartbreak suffered by Tommy when coming out of this most enjoyable dream.

Even so, unknown by Tommy, upon wakening he was destined to once again meet Patsy. Was this the same Patsy of whom he’d learned to love, and also was to marry once landing back in the good old USA? Well, most probably not, but at the time of meeting, both had begun to wonder about it just the same.
