John Walters
Biography
I was born John Walters on May 2, 1970 in Hudson county New Jersey My fathers name is Eric Nelson, mothers name is Evelyn Brier. I have five brothers Eric, Bruce, Jimmy, Tommy, Billy.
My parents moved us to Staten Island, New York, soon after I was born. After my parents died, I was very self-destructive doing what ever I could to rebel just to get attention from the people I loved, but by doing this, I pushed them further away. Nevertheless, I found the secret to life, I realized that there was no one to blame for my self-destructive attitude but myself. In addition, once I learned that everyone was responsible for them selves I was able to move on successfully
I was married to my wonderful wife Josiane Canada November 23, 1998, which gave me the most wonderful in-laws a man can ask for John Canada and Yvette Artola.
In December 7, 2000, I was in a horrible multiple car accident on I-580 east driving from Lake Merritt in Oakland California to San Leandro. I was the General Manager of Warhurst properties where I managed five residential buildings and two doctor buildings.
After the accident, I woke up with multiple disc injuries, and knee injuries. A doctor told me I would be disabled for life, after my wife nursed me back to the point that I was able to move we moved to Arkansas, where I was able to relax and enjoyed the scenery of our new property. Until one day on the way home from physical therapy I had a heart attack and I ended up having a triple by-pass.
Josiane noticed that I was depressed because I was unable to work and support my family so she suggested that I try writing a book not for publishing but to keep my mind working despite all the prescriptions I was taking. Therefore, I started to write Forgotten Sins, I decided to show my doctor, Joseph Parker and he told me I should turn it in to see if a publishing company would be interested in publishing the book.
Moreover, to my surprise I was offered a contract by Publish America. So let it be known if you are down for any reason you are definitely not out. If you can think it, and dream it, you can do.
I owe my life three times to my wife Josiane; I love you more then you could ever know, In addition, Doctor Parker thank you for your help and enthusiasm.
