October 1 at 11:15 a.m. Barbara Spring chats with Ron Stevens on WGHN radio,
92.1 FM in Grand Haven, MI During the 25 minute interview, Stevens asks
about the Critically Acclaimed non fiction book, The Dynamic Great Lakes and then
questions about the process of writing books of poetry: The Wilderness Within and
Sophia's Lost and Found. He questions about the publisher and mentions the
name of the publisher and where the book may be purchased. I tell him about my
websites. I read some of the poems from Sophia's Lost and Found on the air.
When he asked me if writing is my hobby, I had to admit that financially it is a hobby.

"Sophia's Lost and Found: Poems of Above and Below" is the author's third book, following a non-fiction work, "The Dynamic Great Lakes," and another poetry book, "The Wilderness Within."
"'Sophia's Lost and Found' reflects my love for the natural world, its plants, animals and people I love and my concern for the future of the planet," Spring said.
"Sophia" is not a real person or even a goddess, she said, but the name comes from the Greek word for wisdom.
"Sophia is a personification of wisdom — the wisdom of nature, and the wisdom of people when they understand how to act," said Spring, who has taught at Grand Valley State University and Grand Haven schools.
