Salmon and Song Fest in Grand Haven, MI Sept. 17, 2005
 
An event for everyone interested in this planet's greatest freshwater system.  Barbara Spring will present a program on the waterfront at the old Railroad Station Museum.  This program and book signing is suitable for all ages.

Past Events    

Salmon and Song Fest In Grand Haven, MI at the old museum on Harbor Ave:  Barbara Spring will present a book talk about The Dynamic Great Lakes at 1:00P.M. and 3:00 P.M, Saturday, Sept 18.  Suitable for all ages.

 

 Schuler's Books and Music in Okemos, MI will host a book talk and signing on Sept. 22, 2004 from 7:30-9:30 p.m.  Barbara Spring will read from The Wilderness Within and will also read from The Dynamic Great Lakes.  This is an excellent store located near M.S.U.

Barnes & Noble in Grand Rapids MI will have local authors including Barbara Spring at a book signing April 8 at 7:00 p.m.

Barnes & Noble will have an open mic event at 7:00 p.m. April 23 in Grandville, MI at River Crossings Mall.  Barbara Spring will read from The Wilderness Within in honor of Earth Day and Poetry month.

Treehouse Books in Holland MI is honoring Earth Day April 22 at 7:00 p.m. with a book signing by Barbara Spring.  The Dynamic Great Lakes is a good book for Earth Day.  So is The Wilderness Within. 

Walden's Bookstore in the Holland, MI Mall will hold a book signing for The new edition of The Dynamic Great Lakes re released under the Independence imprint and The Wilderness Within January 24, 2-4 p.m.

 

 

 Open Mic, a poetry reading, at the Loutit Library in Grand Haven, MI,  January 22, at 7 pm. Barbara Spring will declaim poetry from The Wilderness Within Any others who would like to read are welcome.

 

 

 Barbara Spring will be interviewed by the legendary Juke Van Oss on Talk of the Town in Holland, MI at 9:30 a.m. January 21.  She will talk about The Dynamic Great Lakes and The Wilderness Within.  This is a popular radio program at 1450 WHTC.

 

 
 May 8, 2004, Barbara Spring will be interviewed about The Dynamic Great Lakes on a Duluth, MN radio station.  The program will air at 8:15 CST.

  

 
 

Frederick, MD at the Frederick Towne Mall, Barbara Spring will be signing books, The Dynamic Great Lakes and The Wilderness Within on February 29 from 1:00 until 3:00 pm along with many other authors.  This was the largest book signing event in history.
