Reviewer: A reader from Texas USA | The author tells the nightmare she lived because of a greedy relative. She felt this was totally unacceptable for any surviving spouse to be put through. She has included all 50 states in her book, telling people what can happen to them. This is a must read for everyone. Worth every dime. I had no idea how horrible it could be until I read her book. |

Thanks to her ordeal she has compiled an excellent guideline for the requirements of the various laws in different states. Thanks for all the great research! And she unselfishly shared her ordeal so maybe the rest of us will be better protected!
